The Riverhead Veterans Committee hosted a ceremony at the World War Memorial on Main Street in Riverhead Wednesday morning.
Veterans, Boy and Girl Scouts, and local dignitaries were in attendance for a moving ceremony to honor all of our veterans.
Students from St. Isidore’s in Riverhead created a flag featuring photos of their relatives who fought in wars. The flag was presented by Boy Scouts from the Riverhead Pack 242.
